About WARM
The Waynesboro Area Refuge Ministry (WARM) is a Christian community showing Christ’s love through shelter and support for the homeless in Waynesboro, Staunton, and Augusta County. WARM’s Cold Weather Shelter provides a safe and compassionate place for individuals without housing during the winter months. The Ruth House offers women and children a stable, nurturing environment where they can rebuild their lives and work toward financial and housing independence. During the spring and summer, WARM’s Outreach Ministry continues to serve those living without shelter by offering vital supplies, assistance, and connections to local resources. Through these programs, WARM demonstrates faith in action—offering refuge, restoring hope, and reflecting the love of Christ year-round.
